Enable India

VocationalAdultsSince 1999

Enable India has been quietly building bridges between the disability community and employers since 1999 — long before inclusion became a corporate buzzword. For autistic adults, the path to employment can feel impossible; Enable India's training programmes turn that possibility real.

Community submission. Enable India is a national NGO (est. 1999) that believes in the importance of economic independence for persons with disabilities, including autism. They offer pre-employment training, employability programs, supplemental education, computer skills training, and job placement support across all 21 disabilities under the RPwD Act 2016. One of India's largest disability employment organisations, serving 220,000+ individuals across 28 states.
