District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC), Bengaluru Rural
The DDRC sits at the edge of Bengaluru's urban sprawl, in Nelamangala. It covers four rural taluks and an estimated 60,000 persons with disabilities. Run by Bangalore Baptist Hospital's Community Health Division in partnership with the state government, it's a combination of clinical rehabilitation and community outreach.
