Vanivilas Hospital has been a trusted name for mothers and children in Bengaluru for decades. What many don't know is that it also houses a District Early Intervention Centre — a free government facility that screens children for developmental delays, including autism. The DEIC is part of the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram, which means the screening and initial support services are free.
